Employee tasked to repair crack on inside of a stainless steel road tanker trailer. Work was in a confined space. After commencing TIG welding, it appears tallow came out of a drilled hole under pressure and ignited. Employee was covered in the burning product, suffering serious burns to his face, head, arms and legs.
