Our enquiries team can provide information about how the law may apply in a general sense and good practices that may be relevant for your business or situation.

We don’t provide specific technical advice or solutions, nor do we provide legal advice. If you need help with an employment relationship the Employment Relations Authority may have the guidance you need. If you require specific advice or support you may need to engage a specialist health and safety consultant, or specialist technical advisor. The Health and Safety Association of New Zealand (HASANZ) provides a useful list of consultants on its website: HASANZ register.
