Jonny manages a Dairy Holdings farm in Bankside, milking 1,300 cows on 341 hectares. An industry he’s extremely passionate about, he’s spent his career working through the ranks of dairying, contract milking and farm management mainly around Canterbury.

He provides some great insights into the importance of leadership with regards to health and safety on a farm and how they manage the admin side of health and safety.
